Nose: Very floral, with ripe peach, pear and apple blossoms scenting this off-dry fizz.

Palate: Brisk and foamy mousse keeps things lively in the mouth while this is well-chilled, though when it warms this quickly loses bubbles and briskness. Simple and friendly.
