This Auxey-Duresses with a pale gold color, floral and candied citrus aromas makes us discover a mineral mouth, grilled almond and lemon with a nice freshness on the finish.

Food pairing:

It will go well with a crunchy endive, a fish tartare, a monkfish with bacon and Beaufort, a salmon sashimi, a gratin of cardoons with marrow, chicken aiguillettes with pears, a potato pancake in Roquefort.
