Tasting Note:
Both elegant and concentrated. Ripe tannins give rise to a silky and very generous texture. Its aromatic palette develops red and black fruits, such as raspberry, blackcurrant and black cherry, but also fine aromas of violet, sweet spices and vanilla. It is a very balanced wine that will be ready to drink soon, but will also demonstrate a fantastic potential to age.

Classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised, and grilled dishes
