Tasting Note:
The wine shows vibrant red berry fruits, with hints of plum and bramble. Aged in a combination of new and old French Oak, seamleessly intergrated with the fruit. Refined and silky tannins lead to a long and persistent length of flavour. This has all the hallmarks of a classic Coonawarra Shiraz and will drink well now but will reward patient cellaring for 10-15 years.
