Tasting Note:

Nose: Delicious white peach, lemon curd, star fruit and honeysuckle notes.

Palate: The wine is fresh on entry, and rich and fleshy on the mid-palate. The minerality carries on right through to the long fruity finish. It glides through atop racy acidity, ending with lingering freshness. A kiss of brioche at the end adds a flattering hint.

Food Pairing: Cheese, rich fish dishes or with a poultry "supreme".
