Tasting Note:
At first nose it is the stone fruit that provokes the senses which melts into more airy mineral notes after a quick airing. The ripe and stewed fruit expresses widely with hints of a floral profile. 
The palate takes up fruity structure with an acidic tension and a chalky minerality. The finish brings subtle hints of a soft bitterness that perfectly blances the tasting.
